October 2014 saw the launch of a new European project, WOOL4BUILD (IMPROVED INSULATION MATERIAL FOR ECO-BUILDING BASED ON NATURAL WOOL) lead by the Spanish company, INPELSA. Researchers at the UPV developed a pioneering project for the European Space Agency (ESA) aimed at achieving a significant reduction of noise in the vicinity of the launch pad during rocket launches.
