Exploring New Frontiers in Hospital Management

Recently, the “Safor Salut” cooperation program convened leading experts from the health, technology, and business sectors for a technical conference focused on research and innovation in hospital management processes. Held at the Francesc de Borja University Hospital in Gandia, this event marked a milestone by bringing together diverse sectors to foster the creation of innovative projects in healthcare.

Advances and Disruptive Tools

Key system processes were identified, highlighting how implementing tools and methodologies tested in various settings can significantly advance management.  Furthermore, the establishment of task forces capable of transforming these ideas into tangible projects was encouraged.

The conference saw the presentation of successful case studies and disruptive tools that have the potential to revolutionize hospital management. Pedro Rollán, manager of Francesc Borja Hospital in Gandia, and Jaume Morera, director of Long Stay Hospital-HACLE La Pedrera, discussed their vision for applying innovative methodologies to optimize key hospital processes.
