The “Safor Salut” cooperation program, a collaborative effort involving the Campus Gandia of the Universitat Politècnica de València (UPV), FISABIOHealth Department of Gandia, FFISABIO-HACLE La Pedrera, and the Federation of Business Associations of Safor (FAES), is organizing a technical conference focused on research and innovation in hospital management processes. Successful case studies and promising disruptive tools on Tuesday, May 7, from 9:30 a.m. to 11:15 a.m., in person at Hospital U. Francesc de Borja (Gandia).

To attend, it is essential to register by completing the registration form.

In the business sector, process innovation stands out as the most vigorously pursued aspect, comprising a significant portion of the enhancements in competitiveness that companies achieve. The application of methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, Scrum, Design Thinking, Agile, Process Mapping, Ishikawa, Theory of Constraints (TOC), Line Balancing, SMED, Kanban, and others is a reality in various business sectors. These methodologies offer excellent conditions for innovation in hospital management processes, as evidenced by the remarkable results achieved by pioneering initiatives within the Safor Salut environment. However, through this event, we aim to foster the development of new processes and address emerging needs.

The aim of this event is to provide information that inspires collaborative research and innovation project proposals among researchers, healthcare professionals, universities, and companies.

To achieve this goal, the conference will showcase successful projects resulting from process innovation. An exploration of effective methodologies for enhancing hospital management processes through innovation involves identifying critical system processes. By leveraging tested tools and methodologies from diverse environments, we can innovate management practices and establish teams capable of scaling these ideas into actionable projects.
