All these applications share a common requirement: reliable models capable of <strong>accurately predicting acoustic behavior before manufacturing or construction begins<\/strong>. Through a combination of theoretical and practical sessions, participants explored tools such as the finite element method, boundary element method, and time-domain finite difference method, among others. Thanks to its capability to solve coupled physical equations\u2014integrating electrical, mechanical, and acoustic fields\u2014participants were able to simulate complete electroacoustic systems, from transducers and loudspeakers to enclosures and insulation solutions. The platform enabled real-time visualization of results, while also allowing users to adjust design parameters and assess their impact on the system\u2019s acoustic performance. The<strong> integration of mathematical modeling, computational simulation, and practical validation<\/strong> formed a foundational pillar of the educational program.<\/p>\n<p>As<strong> acoustics plays an increasingly vital role in fields like<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>architecture, automotive, medi<\/strong><strong>cal technology, and marine engineering, <\/strong>education in acoustic simulation is becoming ever more\u00a0essential. This summer school enabled participants to gain in-demand skills while p<strong>romoting interdisciplinary research and<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>fostering international collaboration<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><a name=\"_GoBack\"><\/a>The course featured esteemed professionals including Paulo Amado-Mendes and Luis Godinho from the University of Coimbra; R\u00e9gis Cottereau from the University of Marseille; Vicente Cutanda and Jonas Helboe Jorgensen from the Technical University of Denmark; Andr\u00e9s Prieto from the University of A Coru\u00f1a; and Pablo Camblor, <span style=\"color: #0563c1;\"><u><a href=\"https:\/\/www.upv.es\/pls\/oalu\/sic_person.Info?p_alias=jaiganie&amp;P_IDIOMA=i\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Jaime Galiana<\/a><\/u><\/span> and <span style=\"color: #0563c1;\"><u><a href=\"https:\/\/www.upv.es\/pls\/oalu\/sic_person.Info?p_alias=rpico&amp;P_IDIOMA=i\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Rub\u00e9n Pic\u00f3<\/a><\/u><\/span> from Campus Gandia.<\/p>\n<p>The fourth edition of the Master WAVES Summer School, held on campus from June 19 to 25, is an integral part of the Erasmus Mundus Master\u2019s program in Waves, Acoustics, Vibrations, Engineering, and Sound (WAVES). Participants included not only master\u2019s students but also professionals and experts with a keen interest in the subject.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\"
