Avui, els principals trastorns que\u00a0<span class=\"style=&quot;padding-bottom:\">afecten <\/span>les persones a l&#8217;hora de dormir s\u00f3n <strong>l&#8217;insomni i l&#8217;apnea del son<\/strong>. Investigadors de la <strong>Universitat Polit\u00e8cnica de Val\u00e8ncia (UPV) i de la Universitat T\u00e8cnica de Dresden (Alemanya)<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/ieeexplore.ieee.org\/document\/8364061\">han desenvolupat un prototip de coix\u00ed intel\u00b7ligent<\/a> l&#8217;objectiu del qual \u00e9s, precisament, <strong>millorar el diagn\u00f2stic d&#8217;aquestes patologies, reduir la seua incid\u00e8ncia i contribuir aix\u00ed a millorar la qualitat de vida dels seus usuaris.<\/strong><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>El coix\u00ed incorpora sensors que mesuren, de forma precisa, par\u00e0metres com la <strong>temperatura corporal, la sudoraci\u00f3 o moviment de les persones,<\/strong> i uns altres amb capacitat de registrar informaci\u00f3 sobre la il\u00b7luminaci\u00f3 de l&#8217;habitaci\u00f3, sorolls o altres sons.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Hem estudiat quina \u00e9s la millor ubicaci\u00f3 per a cada sensor dins del coix\u00ed. A m\u00e9s, hem creat el codi i els algorismes necessaris per al correcte funcionament del sistema. <strong>Totes les dades s&#8217;envien a trav\u00e9s de la xarxa Wi-Fi dom\u00e8stica a una base de dades m\u00e8dica,<\/strong> amb la finalitat de millorar el diagn\u00f2stic de possibles trastorns&#8221;, apunta <a href=\"http:\/\/www.upv.es\/pls\/oalu\/sic_person.Info?p_alias=jlloret&amp;P_IDIOMA=v\"><strong>Jaime Lloret,<\/strong><\/a> investigador de <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/igic.webs.upv.es\/\">l&#8217;IGIC al campus de Gandia de la UPV,<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_4358\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-4358\" style=\"width: 630px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-4358\" src=\"https:\/\/cienciagandia.webs.upv.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/05\/jaime_lloret_ajedrez_campus_gandia-456x250.png\" alt=\"Jaime_Lloret_ajedrez_Campus_Gandia\" width=\"640\" height=\"351\" srcset=\"https:\/\/cienciagandia.webs.upv.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/05\/jaime_lloret_ajedrez_campus_gandia-456x250.png 456w, https:\/\/cienciagandia.webs.upv.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/05\/jaime_lloret_ajedrez_campus_gandia-768x421.png 768w, https:\/\/cienciagandia.webs.upv.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/05\/jaime_lloret_ajedrez_campus_gandia-300x165.png 300w, https:\/\/cienciagandia.webs.upv.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/05\/jaime_lloret_ajedrez_campus_gandia-150x82.png 150w, https:\/\/cienciagandia.webs.upv.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/05\/jaime_lloret_ajedrez_campus_gandia.png 791w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-4358\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Jaime Lloret<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>APLICACIONS<\/p>\n<p>Segons afirmen els investigadors, el prototip est\u00e0 ideat per a <strong>dos tipus d&#8217;aplicacions:<\/strong> La primera d&#8217;elles \u00e9s <strong>la millora de la qualitat del son per a persones sense trastorns del son espec\u00edfics.<\/strong> &#8220;En aquest cas, el principal avantatge del sistema seria la interconnexi\u00f3 de diferents elements de la llar amb capacitat d&#8217;adaptar l&#8217;entorn a partir de les dades registrades, amb la finalitat d&#8217;aconseguir un millor descans -baixar les persianes, adaptar la temperatura de l&#8217;habitaci\u00f3, etc.&#8221;, assenyala Jaime Lloret<\/p>\n<p><strong>La segona aplicaci\u00f3 estaria destinada a pacients amb trastorns del son que encara no han pogut ser diagnosticats<\/strong>. Amb el coix\u00ed intel\u00b7ligent, es podrien recopilar dades durant una o m\u00e9s nits sobre el comportament de cada individu.\u00a0&#8220;En aquest cas, no s&#8217;activaria la part dom\u00f2tica. Les dades serien posteriorment analitzades per personal m\u00e8dic per a obtenir m\u00e9s informaci\u00f3 sobre els possibles problemes experimentats durant la nit i poder aix\u00ed realitzar un diagn\u00f2stic o sol\u00b7licitar m\u00e9s proves en l&#8217;hospital&#8221;, conclou\u00a0<strong>Lorena Parra<\/strong>, investigadora del IGIC<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_8545\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-8545\" style=\"width: 590px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-8545\" src=\"https:\/\/cienciagandia.webs.upv.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/Lorena-parra-web-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"412\" srcset=\"https:\/\/cienciagandia.webs.upv.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/Lorena-parra-web-1.jpg 640w, https:\/\/cienciagandia.webs.upv.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/Lorena-parra-web-1-364x250.jpg 364w, https:\/\/cienciagandia.webs.upv.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/Lorena-parra-web-1-150x103.jpg 150w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-8545\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Lorena Parra<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>EVITAR ELS RONCS<\/p>\n<p>El sistema tamb\u00e9 disposa d&#8217;una forma d&#8217;evitar els roncs. <strong>Quan existeix un alt nivell de soroll, s&#8217;activa un xicotet altaveu sobre el llit que emet un so molt similar al vol d&#8217;un mosquit.<\/strong> &#8220;Est\u00e0 demostrat que aix\u00f2 provoca que la persona es moga i d&#8217;aquesta forma cessen els roncs.
