Amb aquesta finalitat, el treball presenta el <strong>disseny i desenvolupament de sensors per a piscifactories, de baix cost, amb un consum molt redu\u00eft d&#8217;energia, que controla fins a 10 par\u00e0metres de la qualitat de l&#8217;aigua<\/strong>;\u00a0 aquests dispositius monitoritzen el comportament dels peixos, especialment durant el per\u00edode d&#8217;alimentaci\u00f3 i <strong>permeten l&#8217;ajust autom\u00e0tic de l&#8217;alimentaci\u00f3 dels peixos.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>En el treball, arreplegat en una tesi doctoral, es demostra l&#8217;aplicaci\u00f3 d&#8217;aquests innovadors sistemes,\u00a0 tant <strong>en piscifactories com en manglars i estuaris<\/strong>; el proc\u00e9s de monitoratge inclou, a m\u00e9s, un sistema intel\u00b7ligent per a <strong>controlar i rastrejar la contaminaci\u00f3 en els cossos d&#8217;aigua<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>EL PROBLEMA DE L&#8217;ALIMENT SOBRANT<\/p>\n<p>Segons Lorena Parra, l&#8217;aq\u00fcicultura est\u00e0 realitzant esfor\u00e7os per a aconseguir la sostenibilitat per\u00f2 encara est\u00e0 lluny d&#8217;aconseguir-ho. \u2018L&#8217;aliment no consumit pels peixos \u00e9s una de les principals <strong>fonts de contaminaci\u00f3 de l&#8217;aq\u00fcicultura<\/strong>, ja que pot donar lloc a un fenomen d&#8217;<strong>eutrofitzaci\u00f3<\/strong> de les aig\u00fces (exc\u00e9s de nutrients). Aquest increment de\u00a0 deixalles org\u00e0niques pot comportar un empobriment en l&#8217;oxigen de l&#8217;aigua i p\u00e8rdua de qualitat d\u2019aquesta\u2019, explica.<\/p>\n<p>Per aquest motiu, \u00e9s necessari desenvolupar sistemes que permeten ajustar al m\u00e0xim l&#8217;aliment que se subministra als peixos, de manera que es garantisca la sostenibilitat de l&#8217;aq\u00fcicultura. A m\u00e9s <strong>d&#8217;augmentar els beneficis econ\u00f2mics<\/strong> de les instal\u00b7lacions,\u00a0 ja que el pinso no consumit suposa p\u00e8rdues per a les empreses.\u00a0 \u2018La qualitat de l&#8217;aigua, la temperatura i la salinitat s\u00f3n alguns factors que afecten el creixement dels peixos; altres factors com la terbolesa, el fotoper\u00edode i l&#8217;oxigen dissolt entre d\u2019altres poden afectar les necessitats nutritives dels peixos\u2019, afirma la cient\u00edfica.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/wq_MqVIEg-o\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p><strong>Al monitorar la qualitat de l&#8217;aigua, \u00e9s possible estimar les necessitats d&#8217;alimentaci\u00f3\u2019<\/strong> afirma la futura doctora. \u2018No obstant a\u00e7\u00f2, no \u00e9s suficient, \u00e9s necessari con\u00e8ixer objectivament el comportament dels peixos durant la seua alimentaci\u00f3 i respondre-hi de forma adequada. A\u00e7\u00f2 no s&#8217;est\u00e0 fent en la majoria de les instal\u00b7lacions, on l&#8217;alimentaci\u00f3 \u00e9s manual i no es fa un monitoratge de la qualitat de l&#8217;aigua de forma exhaustiva\u2019.<\/p>\n<p>MONITORATGE DE DEU PAR\u00c0METRES<\/p>\n<p>El sistema desenvolupat des de la <strong>Universitat Polit\u00e8cnica de Val\u00e8ncia<\/strong> permet controlar fins a deu par\u00e0metres, incloent-hi <strong>la qualitat de l&#8217;aigua, condicions del tanc i comportament de peixos durant \u00a0l&#8217;alimentaci\u00f3<\/strong>. El sistema proposat t\u00e9 un <strong>preu inferior a 100 \u20ac per tanc.<\/strong> A m\u00e9s, permet l&#8217;ajust autom\u00e0tic del proc\u00e9s d&#8217;alimentaci\u00f3 de peixos i l&#8217;enviament d&#8217;alarmes als treballadors en cas que la qualitat de l&#8217;aigua excedisca els valors establits.<\/p>\n<p>Segons explica Lorena Parra, per a desenvolupar el sistema s&#8217;ha realitzat un estudi previ dels requisits dels sensors en aq\u00fcicultura i s&#8217;han analitzat els sensors ja existents per al monitoratge de la qualitat de l&#8217;aigua i per al monitoratge de l&#8217;aq\u00fcicultura. Solament llavors es van dissenyar els sensors propis i es van posar a prova tant en piscifactories com en \u00e0rees aqu\u00e0tiques naturals, com a manglars i estuaris. <strong>La xarxa de sensors i els sensors en si permetria accedir a les dades i controlar els processos de forma remota, a trav\u00e9s d&#8217;internet.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Lorena Parra es va formar en la UPV<\/strong>: primer amb el <a href=\"http:\/\/www.upv.es\/titulaciones\/GCIA\/index-va.html\">Grau en Ci\u00e8ncies Ambientals<\/a> i <a href=\"https:\/\/www.upv.es\/titulaciones\/MUESAEMC\/index-va.html\">M\u00e0ster en Avaluaci\u00f3 i Seguiment Ambiental d&#8217;Ecosistemes Marins i Costaners<\/a>, tots dos en el Campus de Gandia i
