La recerca t\u00e9 com a origen la consideraci\u00f3 que les pr\u00e0ctiques actuals de gesti\u00f3 forestal en els boscos mediterranis s\u00f3n <strong>costoses<\/strong>, circumst\u00e0ncia que, generalment, provoca la <strong>falta d&#8217;administraci\u00f3 i aband\u00f3<\/strong>.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-7356\" src=\"https:\/\/cienciagandia.webs.upv.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/Parcela-Tratada-Hunde-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"618\" height=\"343\" srcset=\"https:\/\/cienciagandia.webs.upv.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/Parcela-Tratada-Hunde-1.jpg 618w, https:\/\/cienciagandia.webs.upv.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/Parcela-Tratada-Hunde-1-450x250.jpg 450w, https:\/\/cienciagandia.webs.upv.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/Parcela-Tratada-Hunde-1-150x83.jpg 150w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 618px) 100vw, 618px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.upv.es\/pls\/oalu\/sic_person.Info?p_alias=ancamga&amp;P_IDIOMA=v\"><strong>Antonio Del Campo<\/strong>,<\/a> responsable del grup <a href=\"http:\/\/www.upv.es\/contenidos\/REFOREST\/indexc.html\"><strong>Re-ForeST<\/strong><\/a>, incideix que, de fet, la silvicultura tradicional s&#8217;ha centrat m\u00e9s &#8220;en les funcions productives del bosc, com en els casos de la fusta o la polpa, deixant la resta dels recursos naturals quasi <strong>sense supervisi\u00f3<\/strong>&#8220;. A m\u00e9s, l&#8217;impacte del canvi clim\u00e0tic, amb greus efectes en l&#8217;estaci\u00f3 de creixement i en el r\u00e8gim h\u00eddric del s\u00f2l, suposa una amena\u00e7a creixent per als boscos.<\/p>\n<p>UN PROBLEMA QUE AFECTA A TOTS<\/p>\n<p>La professora i investigadora del <strong>Campus de Gandia<\/strong>, integrant de l&#8217;equip que ha realitzat l&#8217;estudi, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.upv.es\/pls\/oalu\/sic_person.Info?p_alias=clull&amp;P_IDIOMA=v\"><strong>Cristina Lull<\/strong><\/a>, ressalta que la cura i conservaci\u00f3 dels ecosistemes forestals \u00e9s un tema que, actualment, resulta \u201c<strong>d&#8217;inter\u00e8s<\/strong> <strong>mundial<\/strong>\u201d, ja que es tracta de \u201cla soluci\u00f3 a diferents problemes mediambientals, socials i culturals\u201d. Per la qual cosa, \u201c\u00e9s necessari dur a terme una bona gesti\u00f3 i un maneig sostenible dels ecosistemes forestals\u201d, recorda Lull.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-7357\" src=\"https:\/\/cienciagandia.webs.upv.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/cristina-llull-665x500.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"650\" height=\"489\" srcset=\"https:\/\/cienciagandia.webs.upv.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/cristina-llull-665x500.jpg 665w, https:\/\/cienciagandia.webs.upv.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/cristina-llull-333x250.jpg 333w, https:\/\/cienciagandia.webs.upv.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/cristina-llull-768x577.jpg 768w, https:\/\/cienciagandia.webs.upv.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/cristina-llull-150x113.jpg 150w, https:\/\/cienciagandia.webs.upv.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/cristina-llull.jpg 898w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 650px) 100vw, 650px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>En la gesti\u00f3 dels boscos \u00e9s fonamental mantenir o augmentar les reserves de nutrients essencials per a les plantes. El maneig de les masses forestals influeix en la qualitat i sostenibilitat dels s\u00f2ls i d&#8217;aquesta qualitat dep\u00e8n la productivitat actual i pr\u00f2xima dels boscos. Per aquest motiu, l\u2019estudi de les relacions solc-arbre \u00e9s \u201cclau\u201d ja que, tant les masses forestals com el propi s\u00f2l \u201cpoden actuar com a <strong>embornals de carboni<\/strong>, i contribuir amb el seu emmagatzematge a <strong>mitigar els efectes del canvi clim\u00e0tic<\/strong>\u201d, recorda la investigadora.<\/p>\n<p>TRES CASOS D&#8217;ESTUDI EXPERIMENTAL<\/p>\n<p>En la recerca, s&#8217;han avaluat tres casos d&#8217;estudi experimental, exemples d&#8217;<strong>aband\u00f3 de boscos semi\u00e0rids<\/strong> situats a <strong>la Comunitat Valenciana,<\/strong> que comparteixen un valor de baixa productivitat, nul\u00b7la o escassa gesti\u00f3, a m\u00e9s de limitacions h\u00eddriques.<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-7358\" src=\"https:\/\/cienciagandia.webs.upv.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/parcela-tratada-calderona.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"583\" height=\"328\" srcset=\"https:\/\/cienciagandia.webs.upv.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/parcela-tratada-calderona.jpg 583w, https:\/\/cienciagandia.webs.upv.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/parcela-tratada-calderona-444x250.jpg 444w, https:\/\/cienciagandia.webs.upv.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/parcela-tratada-calderona-150x84.jpg 150w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 583px) 100vw, 583px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>En aquests llocs, s&#8217;han desenvolupat pautes per a la implementaci\u00f3 m\u00e9s eficient d&#8217;aquest tipus de gesti\u00f3, que persegueix la quantificaci\u00f3 i la manipulaci\u00f3 dels components del cicle de l&#8217;aigua en els boscos. Els resultats d&#8217;aquesta <strong>gesti\u00f3 forestal ecohidrol\u00f2gica<\/strong> determinen que, a m\u00e9s de millorar les funcions productives, aquest sistema contribueix tamb\u00e9 a reduir el risc d&#8217;incendis forestals, augmentar la resili\u00e8ncia dels ecosistemes davant de sequeres<strong>, <\/strong>incrementar la infiltraci\u00f3 profunda de l&#8217;aigua, i millorar el creixement i vigor de l&#8217;arbre i el seu valor paisatg\u00edstic.<\/p>\n<p>Antonio del Campo destaca que, a partir dels resultats experimentals, es pot afirmar que, &#8220;el tractament forestal millora tant el creixement (primari i secundari) com les nombroses variables ecohidrol\u00f2giques estudiades en comparaci\u00f3 de la parcel\u00b7la de control i per tant, \u00e9s m\u00e9s efectiu per a la gesti\u00f3 forestal en un context de canvi global&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00e9s informaci\u00f3:\u00a0<a
