El lema d&#8217;aquesta edici\u00f3 \u00e9s \u201cCap a la millora social, econ\u00f2mica i empresarial: avan\u00e7os multidisciplinaris en innovaci\u00f3, turisme i enginyeria\u201d. L&#8217;objectiu de la trobada organitzada per\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/redaedem.org\">AEDEM<\/a> \u00e9s promoure el <strong>debat<\/strong> multidisciplinari i est\u00e0 <strong>dirigit a personal acad\u00e8mic, professionals, i estudiants de doctorat<\/strong>. El termini d&#8217;enviament de pon\u00e8ncies est\u00e0 obert fins el pr\u00f2xim <strong>23 de mar\u00e7.<\/strong><br \/>\n<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>En el <a href=\"http:\/\/redaedem.org\/?seccion=congreso_actual_comite_organizador\">comit\u00e8 organitzador<\/a> estan participant molt activament tant investigadors com personal t\u00e8cnic del Campus de Gandia. <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.upv.es\/pls\/oalu\/sic_person.Info?p_alias=jesalba&amp;P_IDIOMA=v\">Jes\u00fas Alba<\/a><\/strong>, director del Campus de Gandia, ha manifestat que ser\u00e0 una gran oportunitat per a l&#8217;aprenentatge i la recerca.<\/p>\n<p><strong>La tem\u00e0tica de les sessions en qu\u00e8 es poden presentar treballs s\u00f3n:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Accounting and audit<\/li>\n<li>Finance<\/li>\n<li>Banking<\/li>\n<li>Human Resources<\/li>\n<li>Corporate Social Responsibility<\/li>\n<li>Management<\/li>\n<li>Digital\u00a0Economy<\/li>\n<li>Marketing<\/li>\n<li>Education\u00a0and new Learning Technologies<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge Management\u00a0and Innovation<\/li>\n<li>Entrepreneurship<\/li>\n<li>Tourism\u00a0Management<\/li>\n<li>Family business<\/li>\n<li>Transport and\u00a0mobility<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Amb l&#8217;objectiu de fomentar les relacions multidisciplin\u00e0ries, enguany, s&#8217;han incorporat dues noves sessions:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Engineering\u00a0and Business Management<\/li>\n<li>Advances in\u00a0Health\u00a0Economics and Policy<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>UNA OPORTUNITAT PER A INVESTIGADORS I PROFESSIONALS<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.upv.es\/pls\/oalu\/sic_person.Info?p_alias=crisanma&amp;P_IDIOMA=v\">Cristina Santandreu<\/a><\/strong>, codirectora del congr\u00e9s, ens explica per qu\u00e8 \u00e9s interessant assistir al congr\u00e9s\u00a0AEDEM:<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-7335\" src=\"https:\/\/cienciagandia.webs.upv.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/cristina-santandreu-campus-gandia-1-750x500.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"650\" height=\"433\" srcset=\"https:\/\/cienciagandia.webs.upv.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/cristina-santandreu-campus-gandia-1-750x500.jpg 750w, https:\/\/cienciagandia.webs.upv.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/cristina-santandreu-campus-gandia-1-375x250.jpg 375w, https:\/\/cienciagandia.webs.upv.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/cristina-santandreu-campus-gandia-1.jpg 768w, https:\/\/cienciagandia.webs.upv.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/cristina-santandreu-campus-gandia-1-150x100.jpg 150w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 650px) 100vw, 650px\" \/><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Enforteix l&#8217;aprenentatge i la transmissi\u00f3 de coneixements.\u00a0<\/strong>El congr\u00e9s\u00a0AEDEM \u00e9s el f\u00f2rum perfecte per a intercanviar coneixements i con\u00e8ixer experts de diverses \u00e0rees relacionades amb l&#8217;Economia de l&#8217;Empresa: finances i comptabilitat, m\u00e0rqueting, gesti\u00f3, responsabilitat social, recursos humans, gesti\u00f3 del coneixement, empresa familiar, economia digital i educaci\u00f3. Cada edici\u00f3 ha incorporat nous \u00e0mbits de coneixement; en la del 2018 s&#8217;inclouen dues relacionades amb l&#8217;enginyeria i la salut.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Construir xarxes de contactes.\u00a0<\/strong>El programa del congr\u00e9s permet el contacte continu entre els assistents, b\u00e9 siga en les sessions paral\u00b7leles (espec\u00edfiques per a cada tem\u00e0tica) o en els tallers. S&#8217;ofereixen caf\u00e8s i menjars, a m\u00e9s de l&#8217;oportunitat d&#8217;assistir al sopar de gala, en els quals els assistents poden conversar en un ambient m\u00e9s dist\u00e8s.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Certificat.\u00a0<\/strong>Els assistents reben un certificat d&#8217;assist\u00e8ncia i els ponents un certificat de participaci\u00f3. De la mateixa manera, s&#8217;han convocat una s\u00e8rie de premis als millors treballs que serviran per a enriquir el curr\u00edculum.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Possibilitat de publicar un treball.\u00a0<\/strong>AEDEM ofereix la possibilitat d&#8217;ampliar els treballs presentats, que poden ser publicats en les revistes: <em>European Research on Management and Business Economics<\/em> i <em>European Journal of Management and Business Economics<\/em>. Ambdues revistes cient\u00edfiques estan indexades en <em>Scimago Journal Rank<\/em> (SJR), Qualitat de Revistes Cient\u00edfiques Espanyoles (FECYT) i <em>Emerging Sources Citation Index.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>UN CONGR\u00c9S MULTIDISCIPLINARI<\/p>\n<p>La seu del\u00a0XXXII congr\u00e9s\u00a0AEDEM \u00e9s la UPV al Campus de Gandia: \u201cuna universitat que <strong>abasta diverses \u00e0rees<\/strong> i que aposta per les <strong>sinergies<\/strong>\u201d, assegura<a href=\"http:\/\/www.upv.es\/pls\/oalu\/sic_person.Info?p_alias=osmomar&amp;P_IDIOMA=c\"><strong> \u00d3scar Morant<\/strong><\/a>, codirector del congr\u00e9s. D&#8217;aquest camp d&#8217;interaccions, sorgeix el lema del congr\u00e9s, \u201cque arreplega totes les disciplines impartides en el nostre campus i que brinda l&#8217;oportunitat a investigadors i docents de la UPV de donar a con\u00e8ixer la seua l\u00ednia de recerca, <strong>d&#8217;establir relacions i col\u00b7laboracions<\/strong> amb altres companys d&#8217;aquesta i altres universitats espanyoles\u201d, afirma Morant.<\/p>\n<p>PREMI C\u00c0TEDRA\u00a0METROPOL-PARASOL<\/p>\n<p>A m\u00e9s, durant el congr\u00e9s es far\u00e0 lliurament del\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/redaedem.org\/?seccion=congreso_actual_premios\">Premi C\u00e1tedra Metropol-Parasol<\/a> a la millor recerca en gesti\u00f3 empresarial d&#8217;espais tur\u00edstics urbans p\u00fablics i privats.
