{"id":6999,"date":"2017-12-12T17:05:44","date_gmt":"2017-12-12T16:05:44","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/cienciagandia.webs.upv.es\/2017\/12\/desarrollan-una-nariz-electronica-capaz-de-distinguir-enfermedades-del-colon\/"},"modified":"2018-01-17T09:06:40","modified_gmt":"2018-01-17T08:06:40","slug":"desenvolupen-un-nas-electronic-capac-de-distingir-malalties-del-colon","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cienciagandia.webs.upv.es\/ca\/2017\/12\/desenvolupen-un-nas-electronic-capac-de-distingir-malalties-del-colon\/","title":{"rendered":"Desenvolupen un nas electr\u00f2nic capa\u00e7 de distingir malalties del c\u00f2lon"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Igual que els <strong>gossos<\/strong> s\u00f3n capa\u00e7os de ser entrenats per a <strong>detectar algunes malalties mitjan\u00e7ant l&#8217;olfacte<\/strong>, la tecnologia tamb\u00e9 pot ajudar a crear <strong>dispositius electr\u00f2nics<\/strong> capa\u00e7os de realitzar aquesta funci\u00f3. \u00c9s el que ha aconseguit un equip d&#8217;investigadors del <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.upv.es\/contenidos\/CGANDIA\/index-va.html\">Campus de Gandia<\/a><\/strong> i de l&#8217;<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.iislafe.es\/va\/\">Institut de Recerca Sanit\u00e0ria La Fe<\/a><\/strong>, que ha desenvolupat un prototip de nas electr\u00f2nic que pot distingir entre pacients amb malaltia de <strong>Crohn i colitis ulcerosa.<\/strong><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>El dispositiu \u2013<strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.slideshare.net\/CampusGandiaUPV\/multi-sensory-odor-olfactory-system\">denominat Moosy 32 eNose<\/a><\/strong>&#8211; detecta a m\u00e9s si la malaltia est\u00e0 activa, amb una <strong>precisi\u00f3 propera al 90%<\/strong>. Segons els investigadors, \u201cen un futur es podria disposar d&#8217;aquest tipus d&#8217;equips en les consultes de digestiu i, mitjan\u00e7ant una <strong>senzilla an\u00e0lisi de femta realitzada en tres minut<\/strong>s, determinar l&#8217;estat del pacient\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>DETECCI\u00d3 NO INVASIVA<\/p>\n<p>En l&#8217;actualitat \u00e9s freq\u00fcent la utilitzaci\u00f3 de proves invasives per a diagnosticar i valorar l&#8217;activitat inflamat\u00f2ria de patologies del c\u00f2lon, com la malaltia de Crohn i la Colitis Ulcerosa, ambdues denominades malalties inflamat\u00f2ries intestinals (EII). Amb el prototip desenvolupat, l&#8217;equip de la UPV i l&#8217;IIS La Fe vol contribuir a la <strong>generaci\u00f3 de sistemes diagn\u00f2stics no invasius<\/strong>. S&#8217;estima que <strong>unes 200.000 persones pateixen la malaltia a Espanya i l&#8217;augment en la incid\u00e8ncia segueix a l&#8217;al\u00e7a amb quasi un 3% m\u00e9s anualment,<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-6984\" src=\"https:\/\/cienciagandia.webs.upv.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/12\/nariz-electronica-campus-de-gandia-upv-la-fe-hospital-841x500.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"650\" height=\"386\" srcset=\"https:\/\/cienciagandia.webs.upv.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/12\/nariz-electronica-campus-de-gandia-upv-la-fe-hospital-841x500.jpg 841w, https:\/\/cienciagandia.webs.upv.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/12\/nariz-electronica-campus-de-gandia-upv-la-fe-hospital-421x250.jpg 421w, https:\/\/cienciagandia.webs.upv.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/12\/nariz-electronica-campus-de-gandia-upv-la-fe-hospital-768x457.jpg 768w, https:\/\/cienciagandia.webs.upv.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/12\/nariz-electronica-campus-de-gandia-upv-la-fe-hospital-150x89.jpg 150w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 650px) 100vw, 650px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>El nas ideat pels investigadors valencians pot detectar compostos org\u00e0nics vol\u00e0tils i aquests actuen com a <strong>marcadors diagn\u00f2stics o d&#8217;intensitat de l&#8217;activitat de la malaltia<\/strong>\u00a0&#8220;Els components org\u00e0nics vol\u00e0tils s&#8217;originen per processos fisiol\u00f2gics del metabolisme en el cos hum\u00e0 i s\u00f3n expulsats com a residu a trav\u00e9s de la femta. La concentraci\u00f3 d&#8217;aquests components pot ser un marcador diferencial en determinades malalties intestinals i la detecci\u00f3 precisa, a trav\u00e9s de dispositius no invasius com el nas electr\u00f2nic, seria un <strong>gran avan\u00e7 per a la detecci\u00f3 i seguiment de l&#8217;evoluci\u00f3 d&#8217;aquestes malalties&#8221;<\/strong>, afirma la doctora<strong> Pilar Nos<\/strong>, Cap de Servei de Medicina Digestives de l&#8217;Hospital La Fe.<\/p>\n<p>Els investigadors han realitzat proves amb 445 mostres i n\u2019han obtingut uns <strong>resultats satisfactoris<\/strong>. \u201cLes conclusions de la recerca s\u00f3n positives; no obstant a\u00e7\u00f2, \u00e9s necessari continuar treballant per a millorar els algorismes de detecci\u00f3\u201d, afig <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.upv.es\/pls\/oalu\/sic_person.Info?p_alias=jpelegri&amp;P_IDIOMA=v\">Jos\u00e9 Pelegr\u00ed<\/a><\/strong>, pertanyent al grup de sensors i magnetisme de l&#8217;<strong><a href=\"http:\/\/igic.webs.upv.es\/\">IGIC, Institut de Recerca del Campus de Gandia<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>El desenvolupament d&#8217;aquest prototip ha sigut finan\u00e7at per la<strong> Generalitat Valenciana<\/strong>. Tamb\u00e9 s&#8217;estan realitzant estudis, amb resultats satisfactoris, per a la detecci\u00f3 de la <strong>contaminaci\u00f3 microbiana de l&#8217;aigua o el grau de maduresa de fruits<\/strong>,
