Un equip d’investigadors pertanyents a l‘Institut de Recerca per a la Gesti\u00f3 Integrada de Zones Costaneres<\/a> <\/strong>del Campus de Gandia de la Universitat Polit\u00e8cnica de Val\u00e8ncia<\/strong> (IGIC-UPV) i la Universitat de Saragossa<\/strong> (UZ) ha dissenyat un nou sistema intel\u00b7ligent que recomana el millor lloc per a viure als usuaris que compren o lloguen una casa.<\/p>\n

En concret, es tracta d’una polsera amb un sensor que detecta la variabilitat de la freq\u00fc\u00e8ncia card\u00edaca<\/strong> i realitza mesures de l’estat de benestar de l’usuari mentre es recorren els llocs a tenir en consideraci\u00f3. D’aquesta forma, el sistema \u00e9s capa\u00e7 de valorar el barri en el qual l’usuari se sent m\u00e9s c\u00f2mode<\/strong> ajudant-li a seleccionar la zona que puga aportar major benestar a l’usuari.\u00a0L’innovador dispositiu ha sigut possible gr\u00e0cies al treball de Jaime Lloret i Laura Garc\u00eda<\/strong> (IGIC-UPV) i dels investigadors Raquel Lacuesta i Iv\u00e1n Garc\u00eda-Magari\u00f1o<\/strong> (UZ).<\/p>\n

“UNA REVOLUCI\u00d3 EN LA COMPRAVENDA IMMMOBILI\u00c0RIA”<\/b><\/p>\n

El sistema empra dos algorismes diferents que controlen el seu funcionament i el proc\u00e9s de valoraci\u00f3 de l’estat de benestar de l’usuari. Segons els investigadors de la UPV i la UZ, “utilitza un sistema de puntuaci\u00f3<\/strong> per a expressar les valoracions del benestar obtingudes despr\u00e9s de processar la informaci\u00f3 procedent dels sensors”.<\/p>\n

Aquests mantenen una connexi\u00f3 amb l’smartphone<\/em> de l’usuari, permetent transmetre la informaci\u00f3 a un servidor que contrasta les dades obtingudes amb les de l’ag\u00e8ncia immobili\u00e0ria.<\/p>\n

Les puntuacions de tots els usuaris del sistema s\u00f3n emmagatzemades en la base de dades, podent determinar els barris\u00a0wellness-friendly<\/i><\/strong>\u00a0d’una ciutat. A\u00e7\u00f2, “suposa una revoluci\u00f3 en la compravenda immobili\u00e0ria<\/strong> segons s’ha ent\u00e8s fins ara”, ja que quantifica un aspecte dif\u00edcilment mesurable fins avui.<\/p>\n

FACILITAT D’\u00daS<\/p>\n

Jaime Lloret<\/a><\/strong>, director de l’Institut IGIC-UPV, afirma que “un dels avantatges del sistema \u00e9s la seua facilitat d’\u00fas,<\/strong> ja que, una vegada realitzat el mesurament inicial de la VFC (variabilitat de la freq\u00fc\u00e8ncia card\u00edaca), l’usuari no precisa introduir m\u00e9s dades en el sistema mentre visita els barris i els habitatges en les quals est\u00e0 interessat”. Una vegada finalitzades les visites, el sistema envia la seua recomanaci\u00f3 directament al smartphone de l’usuari.<\/p>\n

Raquel Lacuesta<\/strong>, investigadora de la UZ, afig que, “en l’actualitat, l’estr\u00e8s \u00e9s el causant d’un gran nombre de malalties. L’ambient en el qual s’habita \u00e9s un factor determinant en els nivells d’estr\u00e8s d’una persona pel que, emprant el nostre sistema, pretenem millorar el benestar de les persones en l’entorn dom\u00e8stic<\/strong>“.<\/p>\n

Els resultats d’aquesta recerca han sigut publicats, recentment, en la revista\u00a0IEEE Access<\/a><\/i>.<\/p>\n
