Entre les seues aplicacions, aquesta t\u00e8cnica resulta especialment \u00fatil per al desenvolupament de dispositius de <strong>detecci\u00f3 preco\u00e7<\/strong> de malalties com el <strong>c\u00e0ncer o l&#8217;Alzheimer<\/strong>, aix\u00ed com per al <strong>monitoratge de contaminants mediambientals o la detecci\u00f3 d&#8217;amenaces biol\u00f2giques<\/strong>, entre altres camps.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>En el projecte, liderat per <a href=\"http:\/\/www.upv.es\/pls\/oalu\/sic_person.Info?p_alias=jaigarru&amp;P_IDIOMA=v\"><strong>Jaime Garc\u00eda Rup\u00e9rez<\/strong><\/a>, investigador del <strong>Campus de Gandia<\/strong>, han participat investigadors pertanyents al <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ntc.upv.es\/\"><strong>Centre de Tecnologia Nanofot\u00f2nica<\/strong><\/a> i a l&#8217;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.uv.es\/uvweb\/institut-interuniversitari-investigacio-reconeixement-molecular-desenvolupament-tecnologic\/ca\/institut-interuniversitari-investigacio-reconeixement-molecular-desenvolupament-tecnologic-idm-1285893848354.html\"><strong>Institut <\/strong><strong>de Reconeixement Molecular i Desenvolupament Tecnol\u00f2gic<\/strong>.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>La t\u00e8cnica patentada per la UPV permetr\u00e0 obtenir sistemes d&#8217;an\u00e0lisi <strong><em>lab-on-a-xip<\/em><\/strong> amb una sensibilitat significativament superior a la proporcionada pels sistemes fot\u00f2nics de sensat actuals, i de forma general, pels sistemes d&#8217;an\u00e0lisi basats en altres tecnologies. A m\u00e9s, permetria detectar de forma directa <strong>analits amb massa molecular redu\u00efda<\/strong>, alguna cosa que \u00e9s molt complicada realitzar amb la tecnologia disponible actualment.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEl nostre m\u00e8tode es pot aplicar al desenvolupament de dispositius d&#8217;an\u00e0lisis basades en tecnologia nanofot\u00f2nica per al seu \u00fas en qualsevol camp en el qual siga necessari detectar un o diversos analits amb alta sensibilitat, especialment en el cas de necessitar detectar analits de massa molecular redu\u00efda\u201d, recalca <strong>Jaime Garc\u00eda Rup\u00e9rez.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>MILLORES DAVANT D&#8217;ALTRES T\u00c8CNIQUES<\/p>\n<p>Actualment, per a detectar analits de massa molecular redu\u00efda o analits amb concentracions extremadament baixes, com pot ser el cas de determinats biomarcadors associats amb malalties com el c\u00e0ncer o alguns contaminants, es realitza un marcatge d\u2019aquells que es vol detectar: pr\u00e8viament, es prepara la mostra a analitzar per a fixar marcadors de forma selectiva als analits d&#8217;inter\u00e8s. Aquests marcadors presenten determinades propietats f\u00edsiques: fluoresc\u00e8ncia, radioactivitat\u2026 de manera que en enlla\u00e7ar-se el marcador a l&#8217;analit , es realitza la detecci\u00f3 d\u2019aquest de forma indirecta a partir del mesurament d&#8217;aquestes propietats del marcador.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/FOp1SX1t45s\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>\u201cMitjan\u00e7ant la t\u00e8cnica proposada, el reconeixement de l&#8217;analit\u00a0 per part del sensor fot\u00f2nic es tradueix en un canvi de forma dels bioreceptors usats per a realitzar aquest reconeixement. Aquest canvi de forma provocar\u00e0 un allunyament d&#8217;una part\u00edcula o mol\u00e8cula de major grand\u00e0ria o \u00edndex de refracci\u00f3 que el de l&#8217;analit\u00a0 a detectar, produint-se aix\u00ed una amplificaci\u00f3 de la detecci\u00f3\u201d, explica Garc\u00eda Rup\u00e9rez.<\/p>\n<p>Els investigadors estan treballant en l&#8217;\u00fas d&#8217;aquesta t\u00e8cnica per a la seua aplicaci\u00f3 en dispositius de diagn\u00f2stic preco\u00e7 de diferents tipus de c\u00e0ncer en el marc del <a href=\"https:\/\/cienciagandia.webs.upv.es\/ca\/2015\/05\/nou-dispositiu-de-diagnostic-rapid-i-precoc-de-cancer\/\"><strong>projecte europeu SAPHELY<\/strong><\/a><strong>.<\/strong> Mitjan\u00e7ant l&#8217;\u00fas d&#8217;aquesta t\u00e8cnica de detecci\u00f3 es dur\u00e0 a terme una identificaci\u00f3 amb alta sensibilitat dels nivells de<strong> biomarcadors de tipus microARN e<\/strong>n una xicoteta mostra de sang del pacient.<\/p>\n<p>Aquests biomarcadors es troben presents en el cos hum\u00e0 en concentracions molt baixes i la variaci\u00f3 dels seus nivells est\u00e0 relacionada amb la pres\u00e8ncia de diversos tipus de c\u00e0ncer, aix\u00ed com de moltes altres malalties com Alzheimer, Parkinson, diabetis i osteoporosis, entre moltes altres.
