La seua incorporaci\u00f3 als equips cl\u00ednics d\u2019electrofisiologia card\u00edaca actuals permetria obtenir un <strong>senyal m\u00e9s n\u00edtid, definit i sense distorsions <\/strong>de tot tipus d&#8217;ar\u00edtmies, fonamentalment de fibril\u00b7laci\u00f3 auricular, la m\u00e9s comuna en l&#8217;actualitat.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>D&#8217;aquesta manera, la implantaci\u00f3 d&#8217;aquest programari millorat podria oferir al cardi\u00f2leg informaci\u00f3 desconeguda fins al moment, cosa que redundaria en una <strong>millora de la pr\u00e0ctica cl\u00ednica<\/strong> i, en \u00faltim terme, del tractament de l&#8217;ar\u00edtmia. L&#8217;estudi <a href=\"https:\/\/link.springer.com\/article\/10.1007%2Fs10439-017-1832-6\">ha sigut publicat en la revista <strong>Annals of Biomedical Engineering<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-6168\" src=\"https:\/\/cienciagandia.webs.upv.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/06\/software-arritmias-cardiacas.jpg\" alt=\"software arritmias cardiacas\" width=\"650\" height=\"363\" srcset=\"https:\/\/cienciagandia.webs.upv.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/06\/software-arritmias-cardiacas.jpg 848w, https:\/\/cienciagandia.webs.upv.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/06\/software-arritmias-cardiacas-447x250.jpg 447w, https:\/\/cienciagandia.webs.upv.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/06\/software-arritmias-cardiacas-768x429.jpg 768w, https:\/\/cienciagandia.webs.upv.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/06\/software-arritmias-cardiacas-150x84.jpg 150w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 650px) 100vw, 650px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>\u201cPermetre obtenir senyals m\u00e9s realistes i fidedignes possibilita que qualsevol altre m\u00e8tode per a l&#8217;avaluaci\u00f3 de l&#8217;estat ar\u00edtmic del pacient que prenga com a base aquests senyals, puga afinar molt m\u00e9s i, en conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncia, obtenir informaci\u00f3 completament personalitzada de l&#8217;estat de l&#8217;ar\u00edtmia i de les possibles estrat\u00e8gies terap\u00e8utiques que poden adoptar-se\u201d, apunta <a href=\"http:\/\/www.upv.es\/ficha-personal\/jjrieta\"><strong>Jos\u00e9 Joaqu\u00edn Rieta<\/strong><\/a>, investigador del Campus de Gandia, participant en el desenvolupament i coordinador del grup <strong>Biosignals &amp; Minimally Invasive Technologies<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>En el seu treball, els investigadors van realitzar un estudi en qu\u00e8 van demostrar com els sistemes actuals d\u2019electrofisiologia card\u00edaca realitzen un tractament del senyal que pot alterar substancialment la morfologia dels registres obtinguts.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEl problema resideix que les t\u00e8cniques de filtrat que utilitzen poden ser inadequades, per la qual cosa si aquests registres s\u00f3n emprats posteriorment com a base per a la caracteritzaci\u00f3 electrofisiol\u00f2gica del pacient, a\u00e7\u00f2 pot produir <strong>errors significatius<\/strong> en l&#8217;estimaci\u00f3 de par\u00e0metres essencials sobre el seu estat ar\u00edtmic\u201d, explica Rieta.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-6171\" src=\"https:\/\/cienciagandia.webs.upv.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/06\/jose-rieta-software-arritmias-749x500.jpg\" alt=\"jose rieta software arritmias\" width=\"650\" height=\"434\" srcset=\"https:\/\/cienciagandia.webs.upv.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/06\/jose-rieta-software-arritmias-749x500.jpg 749w, https:\/\/cienciagandia.webs.upv.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/06\/jose-rieta-software-arritmias-374x250.jpg 374w, https:\/\/cienciagandia.webs.upv.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/06\/jose-rieta-software-arritmias-768x513.jpg 768w, https:\/\/cienciagandia.webs.upv.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/06\/jose-rieta-software-arritmias-150x100.jpg 150w, https:\/\/cienciagandia.webs.upv.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/06\/jose-rieta-software-arritmias.jpg 1024w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 650px) 100vw, 650px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>El programari desenvolupat pels investigadors de la UPV i la UCLM evita aquests errors. De fet, <strong>permet reduir fins a en un 40% la distorsi\u00f3<\/strong> introdu\u00efda pels sistemes convencionals d\u2019adquisici\u00f3 electrofisiol\u00f2gica.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEl m\u00e8tode que hem desenvolupat facilitar\u00e0 la realitzaci\u00f3 d&#8217;an\u00e0lisis m\u00e9s precises de l&#8217;ar\u00edtmia, fet que redundar\u00e0 en una millor caracteritzaci\u00f3 de la seua din\u00e0mica complexa i, en \u00faltim terme, en un millor tractament posterior. Es tracta d&#8217;un pas m\u00e9s cap a l&#8217;avaluaci\u00f3 i <strong>atenci\u00f3 personalitzada<\/strong> de l&#8217;estat de l&#8217;ar\u00edtmia de cada pacient\u201d, conclou Jos\u00e9 Joaqu\u00edn Rieta.<\/p>\n<p>SOBRE LA FIBRIL\u00b7LACI\u00d3 AURICULAR<\/p>\n<p>Actualment, s&#8217;estima que al voltant de 6 milions d&#8217;europeus i 700.000 espanyols pateixen Fibril\u00b7laci\u00f3 Auricular i s&#8217;estima que la seua prevalen\u00e7a es duplicar\u00e0 en els pr\u00f2xims 50 anys per l&#8217;envelliment de la poblaci\u00f3. <strong>El risc actual de patir fibril\u00b7laci\u00f3 auricular per a una persona major de 40 anys al llarg de la seua vida \u00e9s del 25%.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/1srte12K0Mc\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>A m\u00e9s, el maneig de pacients amb fibril\u00b7laci\u00f3 auricular suposa m\u00e9s del <strong>15% de la despesa sanit\u00e0ria en malalties cardiovasculars<\/strong>. Per aix\u00f2, la fibril\u00b7laci\u00f3 auricular s&#8217;est\u00e0 convertint en un repte social, m\u00e8dic i de salut p\u00fablica i es considera una <strong>malaltia d&#8217;atenci\u00f3
