{"id":6040,"date":"2017-05-02T10:58:26","date_gmt":"2017-05-02T08:58:26","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/cienciagandia.webs.upv.es\/ca\/?p=6040"},"modified":"2017-05-03T11:06:02","modified_gmt":"2017-05-03T09:06:02","slug":"millora-dels-metodes-de-deteccio-de-plaguicides-a-baixes-concentracions","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cienciagandia.webs.upv.es\/ca\/2017\/05\/millora-dels-metodes-de-deteccio-de-plaguicides-a-baixes-concentracions\/","title":{"rendered":"Millora dels m\u00e8todes de detecci\u00f3 de plaguicides a baixes concentracions"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Investigadores del <strong>Campus de Gandia de la Universitat Polit\u00e8cnica de Val\u00e8ncia<\/strong>, pertanyents al grup <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/igic.webs.upv.es\/index.php?option=com_content&amp;view=article&amp;id=25\">QUIMAG-IGIC<\/a><\/strong> i cient\u00edfics de la <strong>Universitat de Val\u00e8ncia<\/strong>, adscrits al grup <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.uv.es\/clecem\/valenciano\/index.html\">CLECEM<\/a><\/strong> del Departament de Qu\u00edmica Anal\u00edtica, han desenvolupat noves estrat\u00e8gies que, entre d\u2019altres aplicacions, ajuden a la detecci\u00f3 en aigua de plaguicides en baixes concentracions.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Els investigadors valencians treballen en concret amb t\u00e8cniques basades en <strong>la utilitzaci\u00f3 de farciments <\/strong>que se situen a l&#8217;interior de <strong>columnes cromatogr\u00e0fiques<\/strong>. Quan el l\u00edquid travessa el farciment de la columna, les subst\u00e0ncies que el componen es mouen a velocitats diferents aconseguint que els compostos isquen en moments diferents i se\u2019n puga determinar la pres\u00e8ncia per separat.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-6019\" src=\"https:\/\/cienciagandia.webs.upv.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/cromatografia-campus-gandia-ciencia-upv-750x500.jpg\" alt=\"cromatografia CAMPUS GANDIA CIENCIA UPV\" width=\"650\" height=\"433\" srcset=\"https:\/\/cienciagandia.webs.upv.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/cromatografia-campus-gandia-ciencia-upv-750x500.jpg 750w, https:\/\/cienciagandia.webs.upv.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/cromatografia-campus-gandia-ciencia-upv-375x250.jpg 375w, https:\/\/cienciagandia.webs.upv.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/cromatografia-campus-gandia-ciencia-upv-768x512.jpg 768w, https:\/\/cienciagandia.webs.upv.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/cromatografia-campus-gandia-ciencia-upv-150x100.jpg 150w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 650px) 100vw, 650px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Actualment, el seu treball se centra en el desenvolupament de farciments espec\u00edfics per a les subst\u00e0ncies que es volen detectar, ja siga fungicides, plaguicides organofosforats, etc. \u201cUna vegada decidida l&#8217;estructura molecular del farciment de la columna, es treballa en l&#8217;assemblatge de les mol\u00e8cules seleccionades a un mon\u00f2lit polim\u00e8ric sintetitzat i que ser\u00e0 la base de columna cromatogr\u00e0fica\u201d, expliquen els investigadors. L&#8217;estructura es dissenya amb l&#8217;objectiu que les seues mol\u00e8cules interactuen de forma espec\u00edfica amb la subst\u00e0ncia que es vol detectar.<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;objectiu del projecte actual \u00e9s desenvolupar noves columnes per a l&#8217;an\u00e0lisi cromatogr\u00e0fica i el tractament de les mostres que despr\u00e9s faciliten el treball en els laboratoris. Segons explica <a href=\"http:\/\/www.upv.es\/pls\/oalu\/sic_person.Info?p_alias=mcgomez&amp;P_IDIOMA=v\"><strong>Carmen G\u00f3mez<\/strong><\/a>, una de les investigadores de la UPV que participa en el projecte, \u201ccom m\u00e9s avan\u00e7ada estiga la t\u00e8cnica per a fer an\u00e0lisis amb cost baix, r\u00e0pides i precises, m\u00e9s controls es realitzaran, la qual cosa contribuir\u00e0 a controlar els <strong>par\u00e0metres de qualitat<\/strong> en mostres mediambientals\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>NANOTECNOLOGIA<\/p>\n<p>Una de les principals novetats del projecte resideix en l&#8217;aplicaci\u00f3 de la<strong> nanotecnologia<\/strong> a les t\u00e8cniques d&#8217;an\u00e0lisis cromatogr\u00e0fiques. Des del grup de recerca mixt UV-UPV estan desenvolupant noves columnes de separaci\u00f3 basades en pol\u00edmers de metacrilat modificades amb nanopart\u00edcules i nanoestructures per a l&#8217;an\u00e0lisi selectiva de contaminants. D&#8217;altra banda, l&#8217;exploraci\u00f3 d&#8217;aquests materials ofereix una oportunitat per a l&#8217;emerg\u00e8ncia <strong>de propietats i aplicacions no previstes<\/strong>, tant en la ci\u00e8ncia de la separaci\u00f3 en l\u2019\u00e0mbit anal\u00edtic i preparatiu, com en cat\u00e0lisi o en altres camps\u201d, expliquen des de l&#8217;equip cient\u00edfic.<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;equip de la UPV i la UV destaca que els progressos en aquest \u00e0mbit s\u00f3n claus, ja que \u201cl&#8217;an\u00e0lisi de certes subst\u00e0ncies \u00e9s crucial per a la nostra salut\u201d. Ho comprovem, per exemple, en els controls de la qualitat de l&#8217;aire en temps real, els de l&#8217;aigua que consumim i les an\u00e0lisis de sang, entre molts altres casos.<\/p>\n<p><iframe height=\"200\" frameborder=\"0\" scrolling=\"no\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe>INNOVACI\u00d3 ORIENTADA ALS REPTES DE LA SOCIETAT<\/p>\n<p>El personal cient\u00edfic realitza les seues recerques en el marc de dos projectes de recerca finan\u00e7ats, un d&#8217;ells del <strong>Ministeri d&#8217;Economia i Competitivitat<\/strong>, orientat als reptes de la societat (CTQ2014-52765-R), i l&#8217;altre de la <strong>Conselleria d&#8217;Educaci\u00f3, Recerca, Cultura i Esport de la Generalitat Valenciana<\/strong>, dins del programa Prometeu (PROMETEU\/2016\/145),
