Aquest \u00e9s l&#8217;objectiu del treball que estan desenvolupant investigadors del Campus de Gandia amb la Universitat de Columbia.<\/p>\n<p>Segons expliquen els investigadors, <strong>patologies com el Parkinson o l&#8217;Alzheimer en l&#8217;actualitat s\u00f3n dif\u00edcils de tractar perqu\u00e8 la barrera hematoencef\u00e0lica<\/strong>, que protegeix el cervell d&#8217;infeccions, <strong>impedeix que arriben els f\u00e0rmacs a les zones afectades d\u2019aquest.<\/strong>\u00a0 Per a a\u00e7\u00f2, els cient\u00edfics treballen en un sistema que permeta permeabilitzar la barrera hematoencef\u00e0lica amb <strong>ultrasons<\/strong>, de manera que es puguen <strong>administrar els medicaments per\u00f2 sense danyar aquesta barrera<\/strong>. Aquesta t\u00e8cnica, que va ser duta a terme per <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=yYiD4AKtB7c\" target=\"_blank\">No\u00e9 Jim\u00e9nez<\/a><\/strong>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.upv.es\/titulaciones\/MUIA\/indexv.html\" target=\"_blank\">M\u00e0ster en Enginyeria Ac\u00fastica i doctor per la UPV,<\/a> en col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 amb el professor <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.upv.es\/pls\/soalu\/sic_per.info_persona?PE=Z7a6R0gGVjX1pUY1Jka4VL1r0rWnfGWGD5ou8315eqP0i7lVQyCjFXaFOtRc0p0zJrG6NZkOBUFQUadvi3%2F3yvkJpN8SfQuWL7l7mRnqsgRsRRy6naCjtQ%3D%3D&amp;P_TIPOBUS=0&amp;P_VISTA=&amp;P_IDIOMA=v\" target=\"_blank\">Javier Redondo<\/a><\/strong>, consisteix a anar resolent l&#8217;equaci\u00f3 d&#8217;ones (que regeixen el comportament de les ones) en passos molt xicotets, de manera que les irregularitats del crani i altres teixits puguen anar sent incorporades de forma senzilla. La t\u00e8cnica, coneguda com <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Finite-difference_time-domain_method\" target=\"_blank\">Finite-Difference Estafe-Domain<\/a> (FDTD)<\/strong> ha sigut utilitzada per a resoldre problemes d&#8217;ac\u00fastica en general i els cient\u00edfics van aconseguir adaptar-la als ultrasons.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_3721\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-3721\" style=\"width: 630px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-3721 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/cienciagandia.webs.upv.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/noe-jimenez-campus-gandia-upv.jpg\" alt=\"NOE JIMENEZ CAMPUS GANDIA UPV\" width=\"640\" height=\"480\" srcset=\"https:\/\/cienciagandia.webs.upv.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/noe-jimenez-campus-gandia-upv.jpg 640w, https:\/\/cienciagandia.webs.upv.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/noe-jimenez-campus-gandia-upv-333x250.jpg 333w, https:\/\/cienciagandia.webs.upv.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/noe-jimenez-campus-gandia-upv-150x113.jpg 150w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-3721\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">No\u00e9 Jim\u00e9nez<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>CAP AL DESENVOLUPAMENT D&#8217;UNA LENT AC\u00daSTICA<\/p>\n<p>Despr\u00e9s del desenvolupament de la t\u00e8cnica de simulaci\u00f3, l&#8217;equip de recerca s&#8217;ha centrat en la resoluci\u00f3 d&#8217;aspectes concrets, com el de <strong>determinar la influ\u00e8ncia de l&#8217;augment d&#8217;energia i de l&#8217;angle d&#8217;incid\u00e8ncia<\/strong> del focus en la traject\u00f2ria del feix d&#8217;ultrasons; tamb\u00e9 s&#8217;est\u00e0 investigant <strong>com captura el crani l&#8217;energia ultras\u00f2nica i quins problemes es deriven d&#8217;a\u00e7\u00f2<\/strong>, com l&#8217;escalfament de l&#8217;estructura \u00f2ssia.<\/p>\n<p>Mentre s&#8217;aprofundeix en aquestes l\u00ednies, en l&#8217;actualitat els investigadors estan treballant en la creaci\u00f3 d&#8217;unes <strong>lents ac\u00fastiques,<\/strong> realitzades a partir de cristalls de so, que servirien per a corregir la traject\u00f2ria del feix d&#8217;ultrasons, \u2018igual que unes <strong>ulleres corregeixen la traject\u00f2ria de la llum\u2019<\/strong>, explica l&#8217;investigador Francisco Camarena.
