Jaime Lloret, Juan Luis Corral i Sandra Sendra<\/strong>, personal investigador del Campus de Gandia de la Universitat Polit\u00e8cnica de Val\u00e8ncia<\/a> (UPV)<\/a>, apareixen en el \u201cR\u00e0nquing of the World Scientists : World’s Top 2% Scientists\u201d<\/strong>. Aquesta classificaci\u00f3, elaborada per la Universitat de Stanford, identifica als investigadors i investigadores m\u00e9s influents del m\u00f3n<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Per al director del Campus de Gandia, Jes\u00fas Alba<\/a>, \u201c\u00e9s una gran sort tenir investigant i fent classes en el nostre centre al millor personal investigador. >Aix\u00f2 garanteix una alta qualitat docent de les nostres titulacions, \u00e9s un gran orgull i aferma els nostres graus en les primeres posicions a nivell nacional.\u201d<\/p>\n

El \u201cR\u00e0nquing of the World Scientists : World’s Top 2% Scientists\u201d<\/a> t\u00e9 dos vessants: la primera avalua la traject\u00f2ria investigadora a partir dels treballs publicats entre 1996 i 2020<\/strong>; la segona analitza la producci\u00f3 cient\u00edfica al llarg de l’any 2020<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

CLASSIFICACI\u00d3 PER TRAJECT\u00d2RIA CIENT\u00cdFICA<\/p>\n

El director de l’Institut d’Investigaci\u00f3 per a la Gesti\u00f3 Integrada de Zones Costaneres (IGIC)<\/a>, Jaime Lloret<\/a>, expert en telecomunicacions, se situa en el lloc 81552<\/strong> en la classificaci\u00f3 que avalua la producci\u00f3 cient\u00edfica<\/strong> durant el per\u00edode compr\u00e8s entre 1996 i 2020. Lloret apareix en les dues llistes, en la llista de traject\u00f2ria cient\u00edfica des de l’any passat, i en l’anual des que es va estimar per primera vegada amb les dades de l’any 2017.<\/p>\n

Jaime Lloret dirigeix l’IGIC des de 2017. Les P2P, xarxes multim\u00e8dia, xarxes sense fils de sensors, Internet de les Coses, i els protocols i algorismes de xarxa s\u00f3n temes objecte principals de les seues investigacions. A m\u00e9s, Lloret \u00e9s l\u00edder nacional en el camp de les telecomunicacions des del \u00a0any 2016<\/strong>, segons l’\u00edndex de qualitat cient\u00edfica h<\/a> estimat per Clarivate\u00a0 Analytics, antigament ISI Web of Knowledge.<\/p>\n

D\u2019altra banda, Juan Luis Corral<\/a>, tamb\u00e9 expert en telecomunicacions, es troba en el lloc 374224<\/strong> del r\u00e0nquing que arreplega la traject\u00f2ria cient\u00edfica<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Juan Luis Corral \u00e9s membre fundador de l’Institut Universitari de Tecnologia Nanofot\u00f2nica de la UPV<\/a>. Les seues l\u00ednies d’investigaci\u00f3 se centren en les comunicacions \u00f2ptiques, des del disseny de nous components \u00f2ptics integrats fins a l’estudi de noves t\u00e8cniques de modulaci\u00f3 o detecci\u00f3 per a l’augment de la velocitat de les xarxes \u00f2ptiques del futur; o l’aplicaci\u00f3 de tecnologia fot\u00f2nica en xarxes conformadores de feixos per a antenes adaptatives en sistemes de comunicacions per radiofreq\u00fc\u00e8ncia, ja siga en sistemes terrestres o via sat\u00e8l\u00b7lit.<\/p>\n

CARRERA CIENT\u00cdFICA EN 2020<\/p>\n

En la classificaci\u00f3 per impacte durant 2020<\/strong>, Jaime Lloret apareix en el lloc 24228 i Sandra Sendra, en el 160444.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Sandra Sendra<\/a> \u00e9s experta en tecnologies interactives. Investiga en el camp del disseny de sensors, \u00fas de noves tecnologies sense fils per a la implementaci\u00f3 de xarxes de sensors, protocols de comunicacions i algorismes per al desenvolupament de solucions en l’\u00e0mbit de la Internet de les Coses (IdC), entre altres. Aix\u00ed mateix, cal destacar que, des de 2020, Sendra apareix com una de les<\/strong> primeres dones investigadores a Espanya en l’\u00e0rea de les telecomunicacions,<\/strong> segons l’\u00edndex de qualitat cient\u00edfica h estimat per Clarivate\u00a0 Analytics.<\/p>\n

METODOLOGIA<\/p>\n

El “R\u00e0nquing of the World Scientists : World\u00b4s Top 2% Scientists” est\u00e0 elaborat per John Loannidis (Universitat de Stanford), Jeroen Baas (Elsevier B.V.), Kevin W. Boyack (SciTech Strategies). Per a fer la classificaci\u00f3, els autors es basen en la informaci\u00f3 de les publicacions del personal investigador registrada en la base de dades Scopus<\/strong> en el per\u00edode compr\u00e8s entre 1996-2020; analitzen el nombre d’articles publicats, la quantitat de cites de cada article d’investigaci\u00f3 i el temps en actiu del personal investigador.<\/p>\n
