{"id":13214,"date":"2020-11-03T18:48:40","date_gmt":"2020-11-03T17:48:40","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/cienciagandia.webs.upv.es\/?p=13214"},"modified":"2020-11-03T18:48:44","modified_gmt":"2020-11-03T17:48:44","slug":"safor-salut-impulsa-la-proposta-de-projectes-innovadors-en-rehabilitacio","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cienciagandia.webs.upv.es\/ca\/2020\/11\/safor-salut-impulsa-la-proposta-de-projectes-innovadors-en-rehabilitacio\/","title":{"rendered":"Safor Salut impulsa la proposta de projectes innovadors en rehabilitaci\u00f3"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>El programa\u00a0de cooperaci\u00f3 \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/cienciagandia.webs.upv.es\/ca\/categoria\/safor-salut-ca\/\">Safor Salut<\/a>\u201d ha celebrat la seua <strong>segona P\u00edndola Tecnol\u00f2gica amb una sessi\u00f3 en l\u00ednia dedicada a la rehabilitaci\u00f3<\/strong> <strong>en l&#8217;entorn sanitari<\/strong> durant el mat\u00ed del dimarts 27 d&#8217;octubre, a trav\u00e9s de la plataforma Zoom.<\/p>\n<p>La jornada ha reunit personal sanitari del Departament de Salut de Gandia i de l&#8217;Hospital La Pedrera de D\u00e9nia amb inter\u00e8s a proposar millores en la pr\u00e0ctica de la rehabilitaci\u00f3, personal investigador del <a href=\"http:\/\/www.upv.es\/contenidos\/CGANDIA\/index-va.html\">Campus de Gandia (UPV)<\/a> i empreses de la Safor amb capacitats per poder ajudar a resoldre els reptes que es presenten al voltant del desenvolupament de solucions en aquest \u00e0mbit, amb l&#8217;objectiu final d&#8217;aportar <strong>informaci\u00f3 per a impulsar la proposta de projectes d&#8217;investigaci\u00f3 cooperatius que permeten el desenvolupament de solucions innovadores en el camp de la rehabilitaci\u00f3.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-13194\" src=\"https:\/\/cienciagandia.webs.upv.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/inicio-1-888x500.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"624\" height=\"351\" srcset=\"https:\/\/cienciagandia.webs.upv.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/inicio-1-888x500.png 888w, https:\/\/cienciagandia.webs.upv.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/inicio-1-444x250.png 444w, https:\/\/cienciagandia.webs.upv.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/inicio-1-768x433.png 768w, https:\/\/cienciagandia.webs.upv.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/inicio-1-150x84.png 150w, https:\/\/cienciagandia.webs.upv.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/inicio-1.png 1280w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 624px) 100vw, 624px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>La sessi\u00f3 s&#8217;ha estructurat al voltant dels processos de rehabilitaci\u00f3, un aspecte cr\u00edtic en la recuperaci\u00f3 de pacients de diferents patologies, at\u00e8s que una millora en aquests redueix la pressi\u00f3 assistencial i permet oferir un major grau d&#8217;autonomia en menor temps.<\/p>\n<p>En l&#8217;actualitat, existeixen tecnologies que permeten un millor <strong>monitoratge del pacient per a ajudar a focalitzar els tractaments<\/strong> (sensoritzaci\u00f3), aplicacions que redueixen el temps de tractament i el seu \u00e8xit (realitat augmentada, realitat virtual, rob\u00f2tica, etc.), aix\u00ed com la possibilitat de desenvolupar solucions perqu\u00e8 tinga <strong>un major grau de funcionalitat i llibertat<\/strong>, tals com exoesquelets, ajudes t\u00e8cniques, etc.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/ww6He9pcZbE\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\" data-mce-fragment=\"1\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>Durant l&#8217;esdeveniment, personal expert de diversos \u00e0mbits han aprofundit en el coneixement de les patologies que requereixen un \u00fas m\u00e9s intensiu dels processos de rehabilitaci\u00f3 dins del sistema sanitari, analitzant-hi l&#8217;estat de l&#8217;art i els reptes als quals s&#8217;enfronta el personal m\u00e8dic.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" style=\"border: 1px solid #CCC; border-width: 1px; margin-bottom: 5px; max-width: 100%;\" src=\"\/\/www.slideshare.net\/slideshow\/embed_code\/key\/332FntOAWguWJ3\" width=\"595\" height=\"485\" frameborder=\"0\" marginwidth=\"0\" marginheight=\"0\" scrolling=\"no\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\" data-mce-fragment=\"1\"> <\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>Des del Campus, <strong>Daniel Marfil<\/strong>, investigador de l\u2019<a href=\"http:\/\/iim.webs.upv.es\/index.html\">Immersive Interactive Media (IIM)<\/a>, dirigit per <a href=\"https:\/\/intranet.upv.es\/pls\/soalu\/sic_per.info_persona?PE=Z7a6R0gGVjWNHYxTH51ER0ir7UiUp5cTBcYBzNPQllr0i7lVQyCjFXaFOtRc0p0zYJkUgA%2Bh26CIJ7XV%2FRnh2yOXcwoal84p7tQUX3IvuDRSxIF3%2Fbxxnw%3D%3D&amp;P_IDIOMA=v\"><strong>Fernando Boronat<\/strong><\/a>, ha presentat la plataforma <a href=\"https:\/\/cienciagandia.webs.upv.es\/2019\/04\/el-hospital-de-gandia-y-el-campus-de-la-upv-en-la-ciudad-disenan-un-sistema-para-estudiar-paralisis-faciales\/\">PARAFACIAL<\/a>, un sistema basat en t\u00e8cniques d&#8217;intel\u00b7lig\u00e8ncia artificial i visi\u00f3 artificial que <strong>permet avaluar la gravetat de la par\u00e0lisi facial i seguir la seua evoluci\u00f3<\/strong>. Aquesta plataforma s&#8217;ha desenvolupat en col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 amb personal sanitari de l&#8217;Hospital Francesc de Borja de Gandia i de l&#8217;Hospital General de Requena. \u201cPermet proporcionar informaci\u00f3 objectiva que complementa el diagn\u00f2stic que realitza el personal m\u00e8dic per a millorar el diagn\u00f2stic de la severitat de la par\u00e0lisi\u201d, com ha indicat Daniel.<\/p>\n<p>A partir de 15 marques facials es calculen angles i dist\u00e0ncies que determinen l&#8217;obtenci\u00f3 d&#8217;un diagn\u00f2stic m\u00e9s prec\u00eds de les asimetries i els patrons de moviments facials (sincin\u00e8sies), fet que possibilita la millora de l&#8217;efic\u00e0cia de la infiltraci\u00f3 de toxina botul\u00ednica en el tractament de la rehabilitaci\u00f3 des dels tres agents a trav\u00e9s de l&#8217;experi\u00e8ncia i analitzar les principals tecnologies que estan revolucionant la innovaci\u00f3 en l&#8217;\u00e0mbit de la rehabilitaci\u00f3, Josep Miquel Juan, membre de l&#8217;equip t\u00e8cnic de Safor Salut, ha incidit en <strong>la col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 entre el <\/strong><strong>sector sanitari, el tecnol\u00f2gic i l&#8217;empresarial com a clau per al desenvolupament de solucions innovadores. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u201cL&#8217;aproximaci\u00f3 entre el camp m\u00e8dic i el tecnol\u00f2gic \u00e9s el que permetr\u00e0 que les idees es convertisquen en un mercat per a les empreses\u201d [\u2026] \u201cSom un pa\u00eds amb suficients professionals per a desenvolupar
